1. Orders are dispatched twice a week.
2. Urgent orders require extra payment via bank transfer.
3. Delivery takes 2-8 working days; delays may occur due to unexpected weather conditions or limited stock availability.
4. You will be notified via email or call in case of unexpected delays or limited stock.
5. Orders can be cancelled if you contact within 5-10 hours before dispatch.
6. Failure to receive the first order without a valid reason will result in the automatic cancellation of the next order.

8. Cash on delivery is not available for watches. For watches under PKR 5000, you can request cash on delivery or pay 20% of the amount online.
